Ingredients: 5 raspberries
50ml gin
25ml Maraschino liqueur
Dash of almond simple syrup
Prosecco, to top up How To Make: In a mixing glass, muddle three raspberries. Pour over your gin, maraschino and almond simple syrup with ice. Stir thoroughly until well chilled. Strain into a flute and top up with Prosecco. Garnish with two remaining raspberries and serve.
