London dry gin 50ml
Lemon juice 25ml
Sugar syrup 12.5ml
Crème de mure 12.5ml
Lemon wedge to serve (optional)

This cocktail was invented by Dick Bradsell in the 80s. This cocktail is the perfect balance between sweet and sour and is so simple to make it can be made in less than 5 minutes! Enjoy!
What you need: Tumbler glass
How to make: Shake the first three ingredients with ice and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Drizzle the crème de mure over the ice so that it bleeds through. Serve with a lemon wedge and blackberries.
