Ingredients: 30ml Pink Gin 7.5ml Hazelnut liqueur
7.5ml Fresh lemon juice
1 dash Aromatic bitters
1 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
75ml Prosecco How To Make: Place pomegranate seeds into a cocktail shaker. Pour the gin, liqueur and lemon juice into the shaker. Add the dash of aromatic bitters. Fill cocktail shaker with ice, seal and shake well. Strain through a strainer or small sieve into a champagne glass. Wash a sprig of Christmas tree and add to the glass. Top the glass with the Prosecco.
