
Ingredients
35ml gin – we would recommend rhubarb & ginger!
5ml Chambord (or raspberry liqueur)
70ml Prosecco
70ml lemonade
Summer raspberries, to garnish
Think of a traditional Bellini with a fruity twist. Simple but delicious. If you have a sweet tooth this is the cocktail for you! Pink and pretty.
How to make:
Get a clean prosecco glass
Pour 70ml of prosecco into a measure and then pour into the prosecco glass.
Add 35ml of Gin
Add 5 ml Raspberry liqueur
Add 70ml of lemonade
Stir ingredients
Garnish with fresh berries or raspberries.
