Ingredients: 30ml gin
40ml grapefruit juice
15ml sugar syrup
Champagne, to top up
Fresh grapefruit wheel and/or rosemary sprig, to garnish How To Make: Pour your gin and juice into a chilled champagne flute and stir. If you like, add a little sugar syrup or honey to sweeten. Top up with Champagne. Garnish your glass with a further slice of grapefruit; a little rosemary stem also works well here.
