1 1/2 ounces London Dry Gin
2 teaspoons superfine sugar
2 large egg whites
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Strip of lemon zest, for garnish
How To Make: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the London Dry Gin, sugar, egg whites and lemon juice; shake vigorously. Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice and garnish with a strip of lemon zest.
